Rule 5 - The Association Headquarters
Rule 5.7 | Deputy Branch Commissioners, Assistant Branch Commissioners, Headquarters Commissioners, Assistant Headquarters Commissioners, Headquarters Scouters, Assistant Headquarters Scouters and Specialist Members |
Rule 5.7.1 | (a) Deputy Branch Commissioners with the rank of Commissioner Grade IV and Assistant Branch Commissioners with the rank of Commissioner Grade V may be appointed by the Chief Scout on the recommendation of a Deputy Chief Commissioner or Assistant Chief Commissioner with the approval of the Chief Commissioner to deputise for and/or assist the Deputy Chief Commissioner or Assistant Chief Commissioner. The duties of such appointments will be defined by the Deputy Chief Commissioner and/or Assistant Chief Commissioner at the time of appointment and from time to time as the Deputy Chief Commissioner and/or Assistant Chief Commissioner may deem appropriate. (b) Headquarters Commissioners with the rank of Commissioner Grade VI and Assistant Headquarters Commissioners with the rank of Commissioner Grade VII may be appointed by the Chief Scout on the recommendation of a Deputy Chief Commissioner or Assistant Chief Commissioner with the approval of the Chief Commissioner to undertake general or specific responsibilities as defined at the time of appointment and from time to time as the Deputy Chief Commissioner and/or Assistant Chief Commissioner may deem appropriate. |
Rule 5.7.2 | Headquarters Scouters and Assistant Headquarters Scouters may be appointed by the Chief Commissioner on the recommendation of a Deputy Chief Commissioner or Assistant Chief Commissioner to undertake general or special responsibilities as defined at the time of appointment and from time to time as the Deputy Chief Commissioner and/or Assistant Chief Commissioner may deem appropriate. |
Rule 5.7.3 | With the approval of the Chief Commissioner, Deputy Chief Commissioner may appoint adults with professional expertise or qualification as Specialist Members to undertake specific responsibilities as defined at the time of appointment. |
