Rule 5.6

Deputy Chief Commissioners and Assistant Chief Commissioners

Rule 5.6.1

Deputy Chief Commissioners and Assistant Chief Commissioners may be appointed by the Chief Scout on the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner to deputise for and/or assist the Chief Commissioner. The duties of such appointments will be defined by the Chief Commissioner at the time of appointment and from time to time as the Chief Commissioner may deem appropriate.

Rule 5.6.2

The term of office of Deputy Chief Commissioner and/or Assistant Chief Commissioner is liable to be suspended or terminated by the Chief Commissioner at will provided that the Deputy Chief Commissioner or the Assistant Chief Commissioner shall have a right to appeal against the decision of the Chief Commissioner to the President of the Association whose decision shall be final.
