Rule 5 - The Association Headquarters

Rule 5.5.1 |
Chairman of Executive Committee The Chairman of the Executive Committee shall be elected by the Council of the Association at its Annual General Meeting for a term of one year. The Chairman shall be eligible for re-election on the expiry of each term but his total term of office for any continuous period shall not be more than ten consecutive years. |
Rule 5.5.2 |
Deputy Chairmen of Executive Committee One or more Deputy Chairmen of the Executive Committee may be elected by the Council of the Association at its Annual General Meeting for a term of one year. They shall be eligible for re-election on the expiry of each term but their total term of office for any continuous period shall not be more than ten consecutive years. |

The Secretary (a)
The Secretary of the Association shall be elected by the Council of the Association at its Annual General Meeting for a term of one year. The Secretary shall be eligible for re-election on the expiry of each term, but his total term of office for any continuous period shall not be more than ten consecutive years.
(b)
The office of the Secretary shall not be combined with that of the Treasurer and shall not be held by a Warranted Leader.

The Treasurer (a)
The Treasurer of the Association shall be elected by the Council of the Association at its Annual General Meeting for a term of one year. The Treasurer shall be eligible for re-election on the expiry of each term, but his total term of office for any continuous period shall not be more than ten consecutive years.
(b)
The office of the Treasurer shall not be combined with that of the Secretary and shall not be held by a Warranted Leader.
