Rule 5.8.1 |
Leader Trainers with the rank of Commissioner Grade V, Assistant Leader Trainers with the rank of Commissioner Grade VI may be appointed by the Chief Scout on the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner, and Trainers may be appointed by the Chief Commissioner, after the consultation with the commissioner responsible for Training to undertake adult leader training responsibilities as defined at the time of appointment. |

Specialist Trainers - the Chief Commissioner may appoint persons with professional expertise or qualification as Specialist Trainers to undertake specific responsibilities related to Training as defined at the time of appointment. |
