The Association Headquarters The central administration of the Association shall be conducted and managed by the Association Headquarters which may consist of such Branches or Departments as may be required for the provision of all necessary services to the Members of the Association and for the implementation of the Association's policy and rules and for the operation and development of Scouting in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. |
