The Patron and Vice-Patrons (a) A Patron and Vice-Patrons of the Association may be appointed by the Council of the Association at its Annual General Meeting. (b) The functions of the Patron and Vice-Patrons are to assist the Chief Scout to foster and encourage the Scout Movement in Hong Kong. |
