Disputes within the Scout Region The following procedures shall be followed only if informal efforts to resolve disputes have been made and have failed: (a) Any dispute between Commissioners or involving a Commissioner in the Region shall be referred to the responsible Deputy Chief Commissioner. (b) Any dispute between other adult Members of the Region shall be referred to the Regional Commissioner. (c) If the Regional Commissioner is unable to resolve the dispute, or if he himself is involved, he shall refer the matter to the responsible Deputy Chief Commissioner. (d) If the Deputy Chief Commissioner is unable to resolve the dispute, he shall refer the matter to the Chief Commissioner for a decision, which shall be final. (e) All parties in the dispute shall be given reasonable opportunity to state their cases and be heard. |
