Lay Member/ Member of Baden-Powell Scout Club of Hong Kong Membership Card

At present, Scout Membership Cards are issued for all Scouters, lay members and members of Baden-Powell Scout Club of Hong Kong. The Card is imprinted with a photo, name, rank/post and expiry date/valid term. Cardholders can present their cards for enrolling Scout training courses and purchasing items from the Scout Shops. Moreover, cardholders can also enjoy the benefits upon presentation of their Membership Cards.

1. Eligibility Holder of valid warrant Holder of valid Certificate of Appointment Holder of valid Baden-Powell Scout Club Membership Card
2. Validity Same as shown on the warrant One year. Same as shown on the Certificate of Appointment .Honorary Member/Life Member:   5 years

3. Fee *HK$40 each. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Scout Association of Hong Kong".
*Member must re-apply for a replacement card at the fee of HK$40 where there is any change of rank/post, expiration, damage or loss of the Card.
4. Applications *Completed application form should be sent to "Administration Branch, Room 1012, 10/F, Hong Kong Scout Centre, Scout Path, Austin Road, Kowloon" together with a recent photo and a crossed cheque. Please state "Application for Scout Membership Card" on the envelope.

5. Others *For those who have currently more than one rank/post, they have to choose one of the ranks to be imprinted on the Scout Membership Card.
*Each applicant shall only possess one valid Scout Membership Card at one time.
*The Scout Membership Card, with the receipt, will be mailed to the applicant within 1 month. However, the Association may not be able to proceed the application if *information provided is insufficient or incorrect.
